Our Philosophy
If your child is struggling, with language, behavior or social interaction, it can be a confusing time. An evaluation is the first step toward finding out if you or your child or loved one has autism spectrum disorder. At Pathways Evaluations, we believe that knowledge is crucial to helping him grow and flourish. A good diagnostic evaluation can put your child on the path to success.
Our Expertise
Dr. Shoshana Isenberg, Ph.D. is a clinical psychologist with 30 years of experience in her field . Areas of specialty include ADHD, autism, and what was previously described as "Aspergers".
"I know that this can be a particularly stressful time for the family. One of my particular areas of interest is helping families to navigate this time, and to help parents access the resources and therapies needed to make progress."
Dr. Isenberg is licensed in NY and NJ.
Our Services
The ADOS (Autism Diagnostic Observation Scale) is considered the gold standard of autism assessment, and is part of this evaluation. The comprehensive assessment also includes cognitive testing and evaluation of adaptive skills and behavioral challenges.
We also provide feedback and recommendations to parents, to best meet your child’s treatment and education needs.
